Q:  What is the difference between the Air Tribe Air Bag suspension and the others that are currently on the market?

A:  The Air Tribe rides on an actual Air Bag along with a shock absorber.  The other systems are basically an air shock.

Q:  Will the ride be to cushy?

A:  The more air you inflate into the air bag, the firmer the ride will become.

Q:  What if any issues have you had in maintenancing your system?

A:  No issues.  This system has been tested on the original bike for about 8 years now with no problems.

Q:  What parts might need to be replaced in the future and how can they be obtined?

A:  No parts should need replacing for the life of your bike.  The bag may be the only thing that may have an issue if it were over inflated.  We offer an air gauge to help prevent that.

Q:  What type of switch is used to raise and lower the bag?

A:  A small double throw switch that can be placed almost anywhere on the bike.

Q:  What type of warranty is offered?

A:  A lifetime warranty is offered on the brackets.  We don't offer any other explicit warranty due to the fact that we can't control the installation and wiring of the system.

Q:  Have the install instuctions been clarified?

A:  Yes, they are explanitory with picture and wording.  The air bag location and compressor location are a fixed location.  Mounting of the release solenoid, switch and hose routing is optional to the installer as bike are customized differently and these items can be mounted/routed in various places to suit the bike.
